Hein'z Flames is first and foremost the story of two brothers: Ayham and Hani.

They have always shared the same passion: cooking , authentic taste and the energy of lively kitchens.

Before opening their own restaurant, Ayham and Hani worked for several years in various restaurants and fast-food outlets. It was there that they learned the solid foundations of the business: discipline, management, service, pace… but also what truly makes a dish stand out. They observed, tested, tasted, and improved . Each experience brought them closer to their goal: creating a concept that reflected their own values.

One day, the idea becomes obvious:

To create a place where the flame is not just a tool, but a signature .

A place where every dish has character, where fire gives soul to the cuisine.

This is how Hein'z Flames was born.

Here, cooking over an open fire is not a detail: it's the restaurant's identity . The slightly smoky taste, the warmth of the embers, the authenticity of the recipes… Everything is designed to offer a memorable experience .
